Summary of feedbacks :

Yasmine said firstly that my biggest problem is to get everything organized. I am very messy with my own life and never know what my program of the day is, same for my work.   She noticed that I am often very late on my projects. I lived with her for a few weeks and realized I was always sleeping late because of my work. She advised me to make a calendar of my work and to respect it. In addition, she told me that I had some concentration difficulties but the result of my work is usually good. Her advice is to make sure that for the next project, I have more time and resources to finish as planned.

My mom told me my biggest problems were because of my stress issues. When I make mistakes it is usually because of the anxiety. She told me I was the kind of person who would overwhelm herself with tasks and letting everything for last minute. Eventually, what I could do is schedule my work in advance, maybe one day a week, to make sure that I am not overloaded towards the end. I got some issues on the beginning of the semester since it is my first year, my mom told me she knew how productive and results-driven I could be.

My trainer told me that I had two main issues: my late arriving and my lack of concentration. It slows down the rest of the group. In sport, 100% concentration is needed. He told me he was often tired of saying the same thing a lot of time. However, he said that when I was able to keep my concentration, I would be able to ride better than anyone else. He advised me to focus on less extracurricular activities because it leads me to tiredness and thus, lack of concentration. He told me to set only 2 goals instead of 5 activities. That way, I’ll be able to focus exclusively on those 2.

My high school philosophy teacher said that my work was excellent most of the time. I have a very good sense of analyze. My problem was sometimes my stress. I tend to stress a lot before exams and to get everything mixed up in my head on the D Day. He said he noticed that I wasn’t able to manage my time very well and recommended me seeing how I can optimize my time. Furthermore, he said the better I would read philosophy texts, the more general culture I would get. This would help me be more confident.

Summary of themes :

Concentration issues : It is not a problem that always happens to kids. Most of my feedbacks agree on the fact that I am not always 100% focused on my tasks. I could be from a lck oof dedication due to a lck of interest in the task.
