Test of the following Hypothesis using the Pearson correlation approach and shown in table form

Ho: The Transformational leadership style does not significantly and positively affect employee performance in Nigerian Banks.

Hypothesis II
Ho: The Transactional leadership style does not significantly and positively affect employee performance in Nigerian Banks.

Hypothesis III
Ho: There is no significant relationship between transactional, transformational leadership styles and employee’s job satisfaction.

Also, do the reliability check.
Explain in details the statistical significance in the data.
