. Produce a detailed training plan for one week of training for a sport of your choice
This should include:
a. needs analysis of your chosen sport (10%)
b. general aims of your weeks training (10%)
c. enough detail of daily training for an athlete to follow the program (30%)
2. Using appropriate literature sources critically justify your programme
a. Include a justification of your over all plans aims and structure (20%)
b. Justify the training modalities and exercise selection from one selected days training (30%)
Presentation Format:At least 1 ½ spaced on A4 white paper, with new paragraphs beginning after an empty line. The project must be word-processed on A4 paper and adhere to the Department’s referencing format. READ YOUR WORK CAREFULLY TO ENSURE IT MAKES SENSE.
