This is a master level group presentation, 5 members in 20 minutes, I only part of the Porter’s five forces analysis Tesla entry India market?
my part is only 3-4 minutes. I according to the current presentation, old teacher it has given, ask me in each section for example 4 to discuss how it affects us in into decision-making.

We identify Tesla as a company that provides electric vehicle EVs as their product, so when we talk about alternatives and competitors, we also talk about alternatives to EV and competing brands.

Let me summarize the information about teachers, team members and my current slides:

Threat of new entry NTS: who is the new entry “NTT” of the EV industry, for example, how does it affect us?

Threat of institutions: what will be a substitute for EV, and how it will affect us?”

Customer: using the STP theory. (Segmentation targeting positioning) We split the Indian market to a population with top10% wealth, according to a report. according to a link to http:// public “tions.credit-suisse.com/t” sksrrenderrfiler.cfm? Fileid=12DFFD63-07D1-EC63-A3D5F6 7356880EF3,

page. 51, there are about 6.1 million people. So we’re not going to think of them all as our target. we’re going to think of one million of them as a target. we want to know what kind of people we are, what kind of people we are, what kind of people we are in target, what kind of people they are.” The teacher who are they ,what are they put forward their educational background, let me describe this one of our goals What would a million people look like)

Bargaining power of suppliers: take an example of supplier and discuss its impact on us (I found several major suppliers lists of Tesla Sundaram Clayton limited, Bosch Exide dunlop)

Industry rivalry: for example, who are our competitors in EV industry and what will happen to us?” (I found a list of competitors: tata Mahindra and Maruti-Suzuki, all three of whom supply EV in the Indian market.)

Slides page arrangement:

On the first page, to put it simply, what is a porters 5 forces is enough to help us make decisions (similar to a cover); the second page is about core of new entrants, threat of substitutes

Page 3, Bargaining power of suppliers, industry rivalry
4th customers

5th 3-5 references are enough, including the links I gave)

Since it takes only 3-4 minutes, there is no need to explain too much, needless to say, too deep, just to mark an example of specific, simply say how he affected us, is enough.

Keep in mind that it is wrong to choose examples blindly in the light of reality. For example, ******i, BMW did not enter the Indian market at all, nor did they supply EV.
