ASSIGNMENT: Write a review of one chapter from Management and the Arts, 5th Edition textbook. ( CHAPTER 8 ON LEADERSHIP IN THE ARTS)
STYLE: The review must be 2 pages long; typed in 10 or 12 point font; single-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides; page numbers in lower right corner; printed in black ink on white paper. Attach a cover sheet that includes: your name, the course name / number and section number, and the title of the “chapter.”

Main points: Explain three or four major points and tell how the author supports each point – what evidence, sources, etc. Write separate paragraphs for each main point (the review is basically another type of essay). 3. Your personal evaluation: a. What was most interesting – gave your insights or perspective on the topic? b. What did you learn about this chapter? c. Was the chapter well-written? d. Did the author cover the topic as well as you expected? e. How is the chapter relevant to Arts and Entertainment industry? 4. Conclusion / Recommendation: a. Did the author accomplish his/her purpose? b. Would you recommend this material to another student – why or why not?
