Discuss how all three branches of government were involved in its creation and analyze issues associated with their involvement.
Describe the role of public opinion and lobbying groups.
Discuss the balance of markets and the government.
Evaluate the concepts of equity, efficiency, and effectiveness and their role in the law and its passage.
Assess the anticipated effects on cost, quality, and access.
Be sure to discuss the law’s anticipated effects on Medicare and the aging as well as Medicaid and the poor.

Your project should be seven to nine pages in length, using at least five credible sources from the  library and/or public media. Spend time to be sure that the formatting conforms to APA Requirements; and thoroughly proofread and grammar-check your final product.   References
