Penelope has filled out the all the leave forms necessary every time she returns to work, but her supervisor has now proceeded to increase her work load, and counsels her every time she misses a deadline due to illness. Penelope seeks assistance from her human resources personnel as on how to proceed with a grievance against her supervisor.
Objectives:
Employees must know the steps to file a grievance against a supervisor.
Determine the rights are being violated.
Determine the possible outcomes of this situation.
Training must be given to other supervisors and employees so that this behavior does not continue.
