1. Identify a health care policy of interest to the student.
2. Identify pros/cons associated with policy.
3. Identify students’ understanding and views of current health care policy at the local, state, national and international levels.
4. Promote advocacy skills of the future nurse executive.

CRITERIA

POINTS
Identify a health care policy at the local, state, national or international level that you feel is important. Include short introduction paragraph on your brochure/flyer.  (15 points)


Create “talking points” to gain support/opposition for the policy. Talking points should include references. (50 points)


Design, and conciseness of brochure/flyer. (No more than a sheet of paper, front and back. Should incorporate eye catching design.) (15 points)

Minimum of 3 resources  (10 points)

Correct Spelling, Grammar, etc. (10 points)
