Zanonie’s Part on CVS Pharmacy
In my opinion the author of “New Vision for CVS Pharmacy” article on CVS Pharmacy’s plan to provide better quality products which will benefit its customers by allowing them to have a better quality of life that can create happiness and longevity overall. The author discussed a three year plan that is well thought out and structured with the customer as the focal point. Being that CVS Pharmacy has mission, vision and values that are in alignment with the company’s new vision the plan has a greater probability of accomplishing its goals. The author was provided pertinent information on the company and expressed the new vision well.
Nicks Part
There are those things that may have not been addressed in detail as to how these vision and missions will be realized. We are talking about the issues such as the codes of conduct and the approach that will be undertaken in reprimanding dissident employees. There is also the issue of the style of management that will breed results. The theories of management may come in handy whether to use the Theory X or Theory Y management. Those are the only points I may think may require adjusting otherwise the author was very articulate in listing out the agenda that is intended to be followed.

As has been said the work could do with a bit more specifics but I will not reiterate on that. The proposal this author has, suggests a very convenient way to raise performance of this and any other organization by getting the maximum out of employees through effective policy changes as well as motivations and deterrents that can bring out the best performance employees have to offer. The author also displays a thorough mastery of the language with very few errors punctuating the work
