The answer here is simple. Everyone, however not everyone demonstrates these skills. Each of these leadership models have similar traits, however the one that is used and more recognized is the Situational Leadership Model. It is very similar to the Fiedler’s Leadership model. For this case study the situational leadership model is used or would be used. With the situational leadership model, it uses ways of diagnosing, adapting, communication, and advancing. The benefits of using this model are; awareness, effective communication skills, organization flexibility, creates productivity, creates committed workers, and drives behavior change for better business results (Nahavandi, 2015).
